The IC450DHC intelligent leather cutting machine is equipped with 2 multifunctional cutting heads, 1 circulating conveyor belt, and 1 receiving frame, connecting the nesting, cutting, and receiving work areas.
Suitable for the footwear and handbag industry, which mainly focuses on leather cutting and has a small demand for PU cutting. The cutting area size is 3000x1600mm, which can cut half of cowhide or calfskin. The machine can achieve double cutter head cutting, with a maximum cutting speed of up to 84m/min, and the maximum production capacity of real leather shoes and boots customers can reach up to 500 pairs/day.
1. leather cutting workflow：Place the nested leather on the machine, perform nesting and positioning calibration via the projector, then convey it to the cutting area by the conveyor belt for cutting.
2. PU cutting workflow：For PU material cutting, simply install a raw material rack (as shown in the figure below).
