IC900DHC is specially developed by ITTA for the automotive seat and interior industry, aiming to solve the high cost and low efficiency problems caused by the reliance on traditional manual nesting and die cutting. IC900DHC is equipped with 2 fans imported from Germany, four projectors, two cutting heads in two independent working areas, each with four tools (one cutting, two punching, one line pen). In terms of leather utilization, it is 2%-15% higher than the traditional cutting method in the automotive industry.

The left and right working areas are 3.2 meters long and 2.8 meters wide, which is more suitable for the common automotive used leather size.
The left and right ends of the machine are equipped with pullable waste frames, which can not only prevent the leather from falling to the ground when laying the skin, but also facilitate the collection of waste materials and ensure a clean workshop environment.
The edge of the machine is narrower, which is convenient for workers to sort out the leather and ensure that the leather is flat.
Using a higher power servo motor, the production speed is faster, 18-25 pieces of leather can be cut per hour, and the output of genuine leather can reach 7,500-9,000 feet in 8 hours.
The electric box is a pull-out design, which is more convenient for daily maintenance and repair, and minimizes the impact on the production schedule.
The projection stand is equipped with a status light, and the operation status of the machine is clear at a glance, improving the operation safety.
