Automatic leather cutting machine （Offline nesting）
The IC800DHC intelligent offline leather cutting machine features a three-stage design, with three working areas corresponding to the three production stages which are nesting, cutting and collecting parts. A conveyor belt connects these areas to ensure uninterrupted production.
ITTA offline leather cutting machine must be used in conjunction with an ITTA intelligent leather scanner. This separates the scanning, nesting and cutting processes, allowing them to operate independently without interfering with each other and improving production efficiency.
The IC800DHC's workflow involves scanning and nesting the leather using an ITTA intelligent leather scanner (such as the IN400A or IR3000). The leather is then manual transfer to the IC800DHC, where it is projected on the working table. After nesting, the leather is then transferred via a conveyor belt to the cutting area for cutting. After cutting, the leather is then transferred to the receiving area via the same conveyor belt. The independent nesting, cutting and collecting processes further improve production efficiency.
According to actual customer feedback, a 60 feet size cowhide can be cut less than 3 minutes and the daily output can reach 5,000-7,000 feet of leather, which is equivalent to the daily output of 3-5 experienced employees.
