The cutting sheet is projected onto the material when nesting through the HD projection system. The operation table and the leather are illuminated completely so the leather defects can be identified clearly.Three-cutter head and circular conveyor belt configuration, support super nesting (including directional nesting and fixed angle nesting), with intelligent paging, automatic transmission, automatic positioning, auxiliary correction and other intelligent functions, accept PLTCUTIDXF and other formats of files.
1. Three-heads parallel cutting architecture: The "3HC" in the IC3016 3HC intelligent leather cutting machine model represents its core "3 Head Cutting" feature. For the first time in the industry it breaks through the efficiency bottleneck of traditional single-head or double-head cutting machines and realizes the simultaneous work of three independent high-precision cutters on the mainstream models.
2. Intelligent visual recognition and precise positioning system: Equipped with high-resolution industrial cameras and advanced image processing algorithms, it realizes automatic scanning and intelligent identification of leather defects.
3. Automatic alignment and calibration: Combined with high-precision servo drive and motion control system, it ensures accurate, high-precision positioning accuracy and meets the strict requirements of high-end leather goods for the accuracy of the contour of the parts. Maximizing the use of high-quality leather significantly reduces scrap rates and material costs.
4. Efficient path planning: The intelligent algorithm optimizes the cutting path of the three cutter heads, reduces the idle time and avoids the collision between the cutter heads, and ensures efficient, smooth and safe cutting process.
5. Full-process automation and high stability: integrated automatic feeding, automatic vacuum adsorption fixation, cutting, auxiliary collecting and other functional modules to achieve a fully automated production process from raw leather to finished parts off the machine, minimizing manual intervention and operation intensity.
