The unveiling of ITTA seven modules Intelligent Cloud Brain in CISMA2025 connecting the upstream and downstream data of the leather industry

On September 24, the China International Sewing Equipment Exhibition (CISMA2025) was grandly opened at the Shanghai New International Expo Center.

For the first time, ITTA Technology demonstrated the operation interface and functional architecture of the intelligent cloud brain system (booth number: E2D66), covering core modules such as AI nesting, leather traceability, production capacity collaboration, and 3D preview, which became a highlight in the field of industrial Internet in the exhibition, attracting many industry customers to stop and consult.

The cloud brain system is built on the HarmonyOS architecture, which can connect multiple terminals such as leather suppliers, manufacturers, dealers and consumers to build a digital collaboration ecosystem for the whole industry chain. The system establishes a unique digital identity file for each raw skin through high-precision scanning equipment, realizing the full life cycle quality traceability and precise control from raw materials to finished products. This not only helps enterprises reduce the cost of raw material procurement, but also accelerates capital turnover and develops incremental business.

Although the system is not yet fully operational, its innovation and digital concepts in layout optimization, leather management, capacity collaboration, etc. have attracted the intention of many automotive interior, furniture and shoe and bag companies.
