ITTA Shines at 2026 Guangzhou Exhibition, Empowering Genuine Leather Cutting with AI

On March 28, the Guangzhou Furniture Production Equipment & Accessories Exhibition was in full swing at the Canton Fair Complex. This time, ITTA brought more than just faster genuine leather cutting equipment — it unveiled an intelligent manufacturing ecosystem for genuine leather, built on the HarmonyOS foundation and driven by AI.

“No matter how previous genuine leather cutting machines were upgraded, they only achieved standalone intelligence. ITTA, however, aims to connect the entire genuine leather supply chain, making every node of the chain fully visible and transparent,” General Manager Luo of ITTA Technology explained to booth visitors, while demonstrating the operation interface of the Cloud Brain.

Leather suppliers can build a digital leather warehouse on the Cloud Brain, uploading data such as leather grade, sheet size, and defect distribution to the cloud via leather inspection and scanning equipment. Furniture manufacturers can then select leather directly on the cloud; the system automatically matches the optimal leather based on order requirements and completes AI nesting. Once connected to the Cloud Brain, the genuine leather cutting equipment allows furniture manufacturers to issue commands and control cutting remotely.

As a result, ITTA’s IR3000 Leather Inspection & Scanner and IC850DHC Genuine Leather Cutting Machine are no longer mere pieces of equipment — they have become intelligent nodes and execution terminals within the genuine leather supply chain.

“In the past, the industry chain operated in silos: tanneries sold leather, furniture factories bought leather, and cutting shops cut leather, with little information transparency. Now ITTA has transformed the industrial chain into a network, enabling all parties to collaborate on the cloud,” commented a partner on-site.
